Common questions

Does Momento PDKS need to be installed?

No. Momento is web-based; users work in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The server can be in the cloud or on your own premises.

Which readers and devices does it support?

It works with magnetic card, fingerprint, face recognition and QR code readers as well as tripod and swing turnstiles. AKS, İşbitek and ZKTeco devices connect through Peron, a single integration application.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. With Momento Mobile for iOS and Android, employees can pass through turnstiles with a QR code, request leave and see their assigned equipment and HR announcements.

How is the price determined?

You can choose a cloud-based annual subscription or a one-time on-premises licence. The final price depends on the number of employees, readers/devices and locations.

Does it integrate with payroll and HR systems?

Yes. Reports can be exported to Excel and PDF, and Momento integrates with ERP, HR and payroll systems through a REST API.
